I'm excited to officially introduce myself here on Hivebrite. My name is Erika Enz, and I serve as the Senior Director of Program Operations at Simon Scholars.
Before stepping into operations leadership, my career has always centered around one thing—helping people discover meaningful career paths and build confidence in their professional journey. I hold a degree in Career and Technical Studies, and throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work alongside individuals at every stage of their professional journey—from high school and college students to early-, mid-, and senior-career professionals—helping them explore possibilities, build skills, navigate transitions, and pursue meaningful career growth.
Over the years, I've had the privilege of designing leadership and career development programs, coaching emerging professionals, partnering with employers and educational institutions, and helping first-generation students translate their strengths into meaningful career opportunities. My work today allows me to combine that passion with organizational leadership to ensure Simon Scholars continues preparing students not just for college—but for lifelong success.
